The LOCATION: The Associate Account Manager, Influencer Marketing position is a remote, work-from-home role, as are all positions at Acceleration Partners. Some travel is required for client meetings, internal meetings, conferences, and other events. THE ROLE: Associate Account Manager, Influencer Marketing As the partner marketing landscape continues to evolve, various channels and tactics are coming together in exciting ways, and Acceleration Partners is leading the charge. We are seeking an Associate Account Manager, Influencer Marketing to provide premium quality service to diverse brands eager to develop influencer programs at scale within their affiliate channels. This person will be directly responsible for managing the client relationship, as well as owning the development and execution of influencer program strategy. Ownership of program strategy includes but is not limited to designing influencer recruitment strategies, content strategies, communication strategies, incentive strategies and optimization strategies focused on the monetization of content across social media. Strategies are expected to be customized to each client’s unique goals and objectives. The successful candidate will have strong experience in the development and end-to-end management of KPI-driven Influencer marketing campaigns for consumer products and/or service companies. They will be skilled at analyzing program data and spotting performance trends to continuously refine their strategic approach and scale outcomes. They will be well-versed in negotiating media packages with influencers and contracting longer-term agreements. They will have working knowledge of the overall partner marketing landscape, including affiliate, and the ability to both develop comprehensive strategy as well as lead a team to capably execute. They will also be a self-starter that can confidently plug in to any challenging situation with ease and can balance competing priorities well. TOP 5 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: PROGRAM STRATEGY & EXECUTION – Manages successful influencer programs by developing custom strategies and tactical plans for achieving client’s goals and objectives. Keeps a close pulse on program performance, budget spend, and goals/budget pacing in real time to ensure program stays on-track to meet key objectives and spend targets. Proactively presents strategic recommendations to course-correct performance and/or spend to ensure client goals are met. Consistently demonstrates intellectual curiosity, challenging the status quo, regularly pitching new or out of box opportunities. Maintains a close pulse on relevant influencer industry trends and applies to strategy to optimize success where possible. CLIENT SERVICE & COMMUNICATION

  • Consistently provides superior client service, acts as a point of contact, and escalates issues or key risks as appropriate. Works with teams to ensure client develops trust in AP by delivering client outputs and communications in the AP way. Develops and nurtures excellent relationships reflected in very high client satisfaction and retention rates with an average 8.5 client rating.

REPORTING & ANALYSIS – Uses data strategically; all analysis or data shared with clients is consistently accurate. Draws relevant conclusions using data to identify trends analyze outcomes provide insights recommendations reaching or exceeding goals. Performs robust analysis using multiple data points presenting data-driven recommendations clients across upper-funnel social analytics (impressions engagement rate CPM) mid-to-lower funnel metrics (CTR CVR Revenue ROI) presenting full-funnel view program outcomes value derived from partnerships. INFLUENCER PARTNERSHIP OPTIMIZATION – Designs influencer recruitment communication content incentive optimization strategies fostering long-term partnerships with right creators/audiences enabling them drive lower-funnel value clients (site traffic revenue ROI). Negotiates longer-term media packages creators manages fixed fee-based investments clients when necessary fields questions concerns regarding alignment influencer partnerships strategy monetization content expected return investments trains coaches develops influencers providing education affiliate landscape best practices optimizing success within scope particular campaign larger scope affiliate channel. PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT - Manages multiple influencer marketing programs solid organizational skills ability focus prioritize tasks based on client objectives full grasp each client’s scope work delivering what due under terms strategically pushing back when required identifies new opportunities drive client success conjunctively identifying possible goal misalignments getting root issue proactively bringing solutions resolve. Minimum Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3+ years working for influencer marketing agency or brand managing client/creator relationships
  • Strong understanding full funnel influencer marketing including flat fee & affiliate payment models
  • Solid understanding omni-channel/direct-to-consumer marketing track record running campaigns consumer products/services companies
  • Advanced Excel capabilities comfortable formatting/formulas/customizing reports etc.
  • Excellent communicating/presenting/pitching receiving approval clients new campaigns
  • Working knowledge attribution digital marketing
  • Tools experience preferred (CreatorIQ/Grin/Izea) not required
  • Knowledge Affiliate Networks or SaaS platforms preferred (Impact/ShareASale/Commission Junction) not required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability travel up to 15%
