Location: Sofia, Bulgaria Remote Type: In Office (full-time office presence Monday to Friday required) Job Category: Facilities

We’re looking for an organized and proactive Office Coordinator to support the smooth running of our Sofia office. You’ll handle office operations, coordinate with vendors, support employee requests, and help with events and supplies. Please note: This role requires full-time office presence (Monday to Friday). In this role, you will: Office Operations & Facilities

  • Coordinate services such as maintenance, cleaning, security, and deliveries.
  • Monitor hygiene and safety standards across the office and dining areas.
  • Act quickly in case of office-related emergencies.

Vendor & Supplies Management

  • Liaise with vendors for cleaning, food, and beverage services.
  • Track and manage office and kitchen supplies.
  • Handle orders, deliveries, and vendor communication.

Employee Support

  • Respond to employee requests via our internal ticketing system (AskProgress) or other channels.
  • Help resolve workplace issues and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

Event & Team Collaboration

  • Support company events in partnership with Marketing, HR, and other teams.
  • Contribute to team meetings and suggest process improvements.

Budget & Compliance

  • Manage workplace-related expenses and ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations.

Your background:

  • Good English communication skills
  • Some relevant experience or transferable skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
