What you’ll do:

  • Formulate and execute sales strategy to drive revenue growth in your territory.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop sales pipeline with internal teams.
  • Close business to exceed monthly, quarterly, annual quotas.
  • Build strong customer relationships delivering expected value.
  • Work independently and with team on up-selling and cross-selling.

What you will need to have:

  • Based in Delhi NCR region.
  • 10+ years experience in B2B technology sales.
  • Enterprise-level sales experience required.
  • Consultative/value-based selling approach for open-source software (cloud/on-prem/hybrid).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and can-do attitude for fast-moving environment.
  • Deep understanding of sales cycle: lead generation to closing.
  • Exceptional communication skills to present complex solutions simply.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving targets.
